We are a B2B marketplace, specialized on MRO items for mining, energy, natural resources and other asset-intensive industries. MRO stands for Maintenance, Repair and Operations, simplifying: all the items that an industrial plant consumes for its daily operation. It doesn´t mean that you will not find equipments here, but the the focus is spare parts, consumables, hardware and materials. Most companies on the buyer side execute their purchases in an ERP system. Unilink marketplace is integrated to buyer´s ERP systems with a complete e-procurement end-to-end suite, able to manage the whole procurement cycle, that includes Procure4MRO, our RFQs management module, that suggests the most suitable suppliers to invite to the RFQ process, based on a matching algorithm of requested items and those of the supppliers catalogues.
On the supplier side, Unilink provides a sales & marketing platform, that exposes the MRO items that suppliers offer. This is particularly high ROI tool, as the cost of sales reaches its minimum possible level, at much lower cost, for a similar exposure, than other marketing tools, such as expositions, showrooms, publicity, printed catalogues or human sales force. This is a sales force based on artificial intelligence, a digital and accurate seller of MRO items, that we call AccuSeller.
Our key differentiators are the adoption of a common language to improve communication between buyers and suppliers, specialized on MRO items, and the use of algorithms based on artificial intelligence aiming to automate the procurement process.
